Ingredients:
- 1 small apple
- 2 small beets
- 3 small/medium carrots
- 1 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- 1/2 cups frozen cherries
- 1 cup fresh greens (I freeze mine in individual servings)
- 1 Tbsp local raw honey
- 1 Tbsp collagen
- 4oz flax milk
Instructions:
- Wash produce.
- Chop apple, removing core and seeds.
- Peel and chop beets.
- Peel (if you like) and chop carrots.
- Dice ginger.
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
