ABC Smoothie

This A(pple) B(eet) C(arrot) smoothie is a great way to add a couple servings of fruits and veggies to your day!

  • 1 small apple
  • 2 small beets
  • 3 small/medium carrots
  • 1 1/2 inch fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cups frozen cherries
  • 1 cup fresh greens (I freeze mine in individual servings)
  • 1 Tbsp local raw honey
  • 1 Tbsp collagen
  • 4oz flax milk

  1. Wash produce.
  2. Chop apple, removing core and seeds.
  3. Peel and chop beets.
  4. Peel (if you like) and chop carrots.
  5. Dice ginger.
  6. Add all ingredients to blender.
  7. Blend until smooth.
  8. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!

A breakfast as beautiful as it is delicious!
